112 Bible Maps + Commentaries Recenzje App

After purchase the app downloaded BUT when tried to open, it spins the “spiral of death” for about a second, shows what should open BUT closes. Frustrating!!!! Ended up deleting the app. My time is too valuable to waist waiting for something that doesn’t work on my phone.

Don’t buy

Don't waste the money. Maps are very low quality. You can't search location; the search is only good for finding word occurrences in the Bible. Maps are unformatted and raw. Zoom makes you cringe.

I purchased a group of Bible Maps with my iPad, but they will not share on my MacBook Air. Olive Tree wants me to purchase more for the MacBook. This needs to be corrected for a 5 star rating.

Good resource. Worth having for studying Bible history.

Very poor quality reproductions (scans) of maps, most of which are useless anyway. Trying to read most of them on an iPhone is difficult because they blur on any level of zoom. Look elsewhere.

I find it doesn't have a lot of locations. For example, I'm reading Numbers 21 and there is mention of Edom and Mount Hor but neither show up in this app when i search by these terms.

I purchased this and due to being told I was running out of memory and all the pop ups trying to sell me more I deleted it. Did not care for the maps either.

This app presents scanned maps from uncredited sources (I recognize more than one) and has no useful interactive features.

Perfect and gorgeous maps!!! Extraordinary and comprehensive map set!!! Just love this app!!

I use it all the time really like the commentaries

This is a really wonderful app. I've bought the full version and I am looking forward to many hours of good study using it.

Really enjoy the app. Good maps and all in one easy to use layout. Waiting for an upgrade though as the app has stopped working properly and will not open on my iPad or iPhone.

Very disappointed with this app. All maps are simply pictures of other maps. when you try to blow up the map all the letters blur.

The maps are nothing more than low resolution scans. When you zoom in, the quality is so poor you often can't even read the place names. I appreciate the effort but was hoping for a more useful product.

It would have been better if they would have used HD scans of many of the maps as even the slightest zoom and some maps blur. Test size (+1 - +7) doesn't do anything that I can see. Would be a better app if you could make both the maps and the text to be displayed full screen. Just a simple double tap gesture could be used to accomplish that.

Interesting concept and idea, but I was disappointed with the maps' quality. I feel I wasted my money. Sorry, just being honest!

Just bunch of cheap maps put together, low quality, you cannot read once zoomed. I was expecting that you could click on the name in the bible and it would take you to a map.... NOT! Don't waste your money! The definition part is ok.

I bought this hoping to have a group of good bible maps, however, what I received is a collection of tiny pictures which may or may not be readable due to the poor resolution.

The drop down menu allowed me to pick one map. There is no back button allowing my to go backwards to see a different map.

In addition to all the negative reviews others have submitted, I will add this. The Japanese Bible chapters and verses are totally off. Chapter One starts at verse 41. John 3:16 is at John 1:50. This makes it totally unusable. 1 star is too high a rating for this app. Don't waste your money. Wait for it to get much better.

There is no provision to navigate back to the index, once you have selected an item from the index and viewed it.

Don't buy it yet, you will be disappointed. Developers needs to fix it!

THIS DOES NOT WORK AT ALL

What a waste. The maps are of mixed quality, mostly very old, inaccurate, and limited in usefulness. The maps cannot be enlarged with normal iPad gestures. I was hopeful, but am now just frustrated. I wanted a good Bible map program that I could use with my projector in classes I teach. This will never do.

App flashes a screen showing the name of the website then bombs. Can't find any support contact at that site. I don't mind the money as much as the disappointment over it not working. From reading other reviews, assume earlier versions did so I'll leave it loaded and wait for an update...

The program will not open. It took forever to download, and then it would not open. What a waste of money. The program should not be offered.

After the last update the app quite working

After the last update, the app doesn't work!!! And the bible Reina-Valera 1605 in Spanish does not show words with accent before the update.

This would be a good app if you are not bombarded by banner ads. I would understand if this were a free app, but you are paying your money for advertisement. I had planned on purchasing other apps from this developer. The constant streaming of ads puts this app in the "not really" wanted category.

not very useful as you are unable to resize the maps....no zoom in or zoom out. save the $2.99 and just use google

Maps are so small almost impossible to read, this could be a great program. Layout and navigation is very, very good. Just about my only complaint is the size of the maps, and that is why I bought this program.
