112 Bible Maps + Commentaries App Reviews

Unfortunately the quality of most of the maps is not good enough to read details. There is no possibility to zoom or have a full look at one map. The is a lack of sharpness of the scan or photo of some maps. If there will be an update correcting this problems, it is really worth while to have this apps.

The maps are mostly very bad resoluted. Working with these maps isnt helpful. You should buy another software.

The worst! To access the map index, you need to restart your iPad. Otherwise you are locked into the map chosen. Stuck on one screen. There is no search index for place names only general maps.

Great app, but it is not functional on iPod Touch. Neither Ian nor Apple can explain why the downloads are corrupt. DO NOT BUY IT until problem is resolved.

I purchased the 112 Bible Maps for my Ipad. I was so excited as this looks just like what I wanted. However, upon opening one map I discovered that I am unable to go back to the previous screen that had a list of different maps and diagrams. I had to fully turn off Ipad and turn it back on. Is this problem going to be fixed? If this was a free program I would just delete it but since it is a paid program I would like to keep it AND BE ABLE TO USE IT IN THE USUAL MANNER! Thank you.

Maps are so small almost impossible to read, this could be a great program. Layout and navigation is very, very good. Just about my only complaint is the size of the maps, and that is why I bought this program.

not very useful as you are unable to resize the maps....no zoom in or zoom out. save the $2.99 and just use google

This would be a good app if you are not bombarded by banner ads. I would understand if this were a free app, but you are paying your money for advertisement. I had planned on purchasing other apps from this developer. The constant streaming of ads puts this app in the "not really" wanted category.

After the last update, the app doesnt work!!! And the bible Reina-Valera 1605 in Spanish does not show words with accent before the update.

The program will not open. It took forever to download, and then it would not open. What a waste of money. The program should not be offered.

App flashes a screen showing the name of the website then bombs. Cant find any support contact at that site. I dont mind the money as much as the disappointment over it not working. From reading other reviews, assume earlier versions did so Ill leave it loaded and wait for an update...

What a waste. The maps are of mixed quality, mostly very old, inaccurate, and limited in usefulness. The maps cannot be enlarged with normal iPad gestures. I was hopeful, but am now just frustrated. I wanted a good Bible map program that I could use with my projector in classes I teach. This will never do.

Dont buy it yet, you will be disappointed. Developers needs to fix it!

There is no provision to navigate back to the index, once you have selected an item from the index and viewed it.

In addition to all the negative reviews others have submitted, I will add this. The Japanese Bible chapters and verses are totally off. Chapter One starts at verse 41. John 3:16 is at John 1:50. This makes it totally unusable. 1 star is too high a rating for this app. Dont waste your money. Wait for it to get much better.

The drop down menu allowed me to pick one map. There is no back button allowing my to go backwards to see a different map.

I bought this hoping to have a group of good bible maps, however, what I received is a collection of tiny pictures which may or may not be readable due to the poor resolution.

Just bunch of cheap maps put together, low quality, you cannot read once zoomed. I was expecting that you could click on the name in the bible and it would take you to a map.... NOT! Dont waste your money! The definition part is ok.
